Founder & Managing Member
Nicholas V. Papadopoulos is the Founder and General Manager of BNI. Born in Athens, Greece, Mr. Papadopoulos came to the United States in 1989. He attended the George Washington University and received a Bachelors degree in Finance and Investments. In 1997 he completed a Masters Degree in International Financial and Strategic Management at the University of Maryland. Since 1992 Mr. Papadopoulos has been actively involved in real estate investments. In 1997 he founded BNI and begun investing in commercial properties on behalf of a syndicate of international investors. Since then he has participated in numerous real estate ventures covering all types of investment strategies from income to speculative/opportunistic. Mr. Papadopoulos’ strategic vision, expert knowledge, and experience of the Washington, DC Metropolitan market, provide a solid support to BNI’s business activities and ensure its sustained growth. Mr. Papadopoulos is a citizen of the United States. He and his family maintain their primary residence in Washington, DC.
